file corrupted etc
again and again files which worked perfectly before and after saving cannot be opened anymore because "corrupted " or load failure. Because of this I upload files I would not otherwise, only to Keep them save.

In order to investigate, we'd need you to attach the file you are having trouble with. It's possible it has indeed become damaged, in which case you'll need to recover the backup, see for instance https://musescore.org/en/node/52116
If it happens more than extremely rarely (I've saved thousands upon thousands of files and I think I remember it happening only once), perhaps it is a sign of drive failure - what is your G: drive? BTW, if you are on Windows, saving to a folder within OneDrive gives you automatic backup, that's how I recovered the one time this happened to me.

Still, the Start Center wouldn't in itself cause any problems like this, and avoiding using it wouldn't change anything. Only reason to avoid using it is if you prefer other methods of opening files etc. Or if you are on a system that has driver / library conflicts that cause the Start Center itself to crash the program.

Well, its preview tries to show recent scores, esp. their thumbnail and may fail on corrupt ones
