MuseScore 3.4 can't be opened in macOS 10.15 Catalina since not Apple notarized.
According to this ticket the notarization should have been solved.

It is not the case with macOS Catalina 10.15.4 and Musescore 3.4.2.25137 revision 148e43f.
Manual "unsafe override" workaround needs to be applied in order to make it work.
