Make fall sound on note

Not sure if this is the right forum, but never mind.
I am transcribing a jazz piece so I can hear it, as it's easier to input notes and add accents than GarageBand. I wanted to add a fall (see image). I want to know if I can make the fall sound. It would be easier than making a glissando then making a note invisible.
I'm running MuseScore 2.0.2 on Mac OS X 10.11.2.
