Changing key signiture
I have stupidly written a fairly long score (50bars) with the wrong key signiture, How can I correct the key signiture without changing the note positioning. I am aware of how to transpose

Key signatures are available in the palette at the left, and can be added without changing the pitch of any existing notes. See also https://musescore.org/en/handbook/key-signatures.
Go into the palette, select "Key signatures", and drag the one you want into the score. The palette is usually to the left of the score, but if it's not, the keyboard shortcut is fn-F9.
