Template delete notes
It is also a matter of educational matter. I have tried to create a template with notes in it. So I saved the sore in the templatefile and opened it with the template dialogue. ALl notes were deleted.
If you work with young childrens, it is better, that they do not have take care of changing names and save as and similar things.

Don't use a template for this then. Templates are designed to only keep style settings and lose anything else.
Just open that file as a regular score and use 'save as' instead.
I know that. I was talking about childfrindley and also elder people friendly. The problem is, how often, you want to do this method, but you forgotten that and destroyed something.
Maybe adding a checkbox "Keep notes" (or some such) to the New Score Wizzard, when using a template, could be a feature request.
"…and destroyed something…"
Nothing is destroyed. Go back to the original score, even though it shouldn't be in the Templates folder, and you'll see that all the notes are still there.
I think what is meant is that if you you a sample score and forget to 'save as' but by accident use a 'save' you may destroy that sample score.
I found a other possibility. Writeprotection. But I have to test, how helpful it is?
Should work, but when in doubt, try it out ☺
