Al crear nueva partitura en el nombre del clarinete en SI bemol el signo del bemol no aparece, en su lugar hay un cuadradito.
Además no es correcto escribir "Clarinete en Si bemol", sino "Clarinete B", o "B Clarinet".

Are you by changce using Windows 10? If so, check #98536: [Windows10] Font issue with flats in Instruments dialog/Transpose/String Data, a recent Windows update seems to have resolved that issue.

Or do you want the translation to change from "Clarinete en Si♭" to "Clarinete en Si bemol", or to "Clarinete en Si"?
