Most of the tops of the menu fonts on my screen are cut off right at the top line of the letters.

You can see that the top lines of the font in the menubar (File, Edit) and the menu entries (Export, Reload, Parts, etc) are cut off. Even the left sides of the "C" in the "Ctrl+" is being cut off.

The actual font is very fuzzy, like it is being scaled badly.

Agreed.

Letters such as Y are cut off (see Shortcuts in Preferences).

Using MuseScore 2.0 nightly build (4233) - Mac 10.6.7.
