Parts Dialogue Box Issues
The Dialogue Box for adding, removing, and renaming Parts in a Score is a recognized window but does not visually appear and retains it's prevention of clicking out of the window

Cpuld ypu explain what you mean in more detail? What specifically are you doing, what do you expect to see happen, what happens instead?
If the parts dialog is not appearing for you, it could be that your display settings have changed since the last time it was open d so it is now off screen. See the Handbook under "Revert to factory settings to set things back to normal.
And FYI, the "assigned" field is for the perspn who will fix a bug, not the person who reported it.
