First note of system and incoming tie misplaced for C major key signatures

A tie across a system is misplaced. It starts at the tied-to note:
when it should end at the note (like it does in v2.0.3):

Looks like this is related to #106136: Not enough space between clefs and notes, because the problem only appears, when there are no other elements between the clef and the note. The tie is placed correctly if there is a key signature or a time signature, for example.
OK, looks like it's not related:
#106136: Not enough space between clefs and notes got fixed but this is still active.
Actually, I'd say the *tie* is right or at least close to right; it's the *note* that is severely misplaced. Seems to happen for C major key signatures - notes will be placed to close to the initial clef.
