[trunk] Missing DLL when opening MuseScore

Setup: MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4318) - Windows XP SP3.

Steps:
1) Download Build 4318, extract to a folder
2) Run MuseScore Build 4318

Result: Get an error 'phonon4.dll' file was not found, application closes.

Note:
- I also tried downloading the installing Build 4313 but failed to extract the files using WinRAR or 7-Zip. I tried downloading the build twice with same result.
