Arrow Keys adjusting pitch = bad layout (screen only)

Steps to reproduce:
1) open the attached score file
2) select the first note on the second page (measure #10)
3) press the down-arrow key on your keyboard
You will see this system/staff leap upward, partly off the page. This is purely a screen artifact, if you save the file it restores the screen and saves the file properly.
This issue exists as of at least 2 weeks ago.

Also note: Accidentals do not display during the process of moving the note up/down with the arrow keys. That is actually more confusing/critical than the weird staff position.

This sounds similar to behavior I find in 2.0.3 when undoing a change. I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not, since I haven't isolated the specific conditions that cause the glitch on undo.
