A4 appears at top of list in Page Settings, though supposed to appear after Tabloid

In the PR for #109946: Make additional common sheet music sizes available in Page Settings, I also slightly changed the order of the existing page sizes. Formerly, the first five page sizes (after Custom) were:

• A4
• B5
• Letter
• Legal
• Executive

I changed that to:

• Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
• Legal (8.5 x 11 in)
• Tabloid (11 x 17 in)
• A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• B5 (176 x 250 mm)

But in the actual Page Settings dialog in the nightly builds, it comes out as:

• A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
• Legal (8.5 x 11 in)
• Tabloid (11 x 17 in)
• B5 (176 x 250 mm)

Why is this? Is it actually important that A4 appear at the top? If so, I'd like to move it there legitimately and keep B5 next to it. If not, I can't figure out what's going on.
