Zerberus, #include, global and define changes

Zerberus should support ARIAs #include opcode and also the global opcode.

The #define should act as in sforzando regarding its range - meaning it doesn't get reset on a new <control>-section. #define shall be extended that it is possible to use spaces in there. If you want to use spaces put quotes around the second parameter of #define. This way it is possible to use Aria FreeSouds. I prepared some sfz that allow loading of aria free sounds - have a look here.
