After storing a mscz file, the correspondent backup file is not removed if leaving mscore

It seems that a after storing a mscz file and leaving mscore, the correspondent backup file will not be removed (this happens for example with 821f775). So I get after a some time a lot of files called ..mscz, if I forget to run a cleanup.

As far as I know it is by design that the backup files are kept around (the ones starting with period and ending with comma). It's always been this way. If you mean something else,
could you post precise steps to reproduce?
