Stem direction not exported to LilyPond

1. Open score .
2. Save As.
3. Choose 'Lilypond'.
4. 'Save'.

Result: The details to make the note downstem aren't included. I've attached: the Lilypond file exported by MuseScore and the PDF produced by Lilypond. Here's how it looks in MuseScore (PNG ).

Using MuseScore 1.1 - Mac 10.6.8.
