4. Close.
5. Go to part.
6. Select bass clef.
7. Cut.

Expected result: No response.
Actual result: Bass clef changes to treble clef.

It appears to affect all clefs, except the normal treble one.

You don't have to create a part either.

This only applies to clefs at the start of the score.

I think its not a bug. There must be always a clef. At least in the first system. Its a style option to omit clefs in following systems (used in lead sheets).
Deleting a clef replaces it with the default (treble) clef.

I agree there must always be a clef, but I think if you want to change a clef, you drag it from the palette. Deleting it seems an inaccurate response (it shouldn't do anything) - especially default clefs of an instrument.
