Frame contents offset in absolute values
As of now, while a frame's size can be absolutely set, its content's offset must be in sp. This is not only an unnecessary restriction but can also be a problem when creating parts.

To clarify (I think): you are talking about the offset for objects *within* the frame, not an offset applied to the frame itself (that does not exist). That is, the request is to be able to specify an offset for an object within a frame a fixed number of millimeters from the anchor point. A use case being, to orient an image at the top left corner of the page by using the negative of the page margin as the offset.
