remove tablature from imported GP5 file
I imported a GuotarPro5 file and every part has tablature attached to it. How can I get rid of there unwanted tabs?
I tried following the instructions in the handbook on how to unlink staff/tablature pair but to no avail.
Because this was done on GP5, every part has tab with it and I don't want any tab at all.

Go to File > Parts and delete the parts with tabs, or even all of them. Then click New All to create all the parts without the tabs.

Well, all the parts have tabs and wouldn't deleting them delete the notation as well? I want to keep the notation because I am using the GP5 score as a source of parts for another song I'm scoring and all those tabs just get in the way.

No, do not worry, this procedure does not remove the standard notation in parts (fortunately!), only the tabs, as said previously.
