Can't adjust position of dynamics - mp, ff, etc.
I can drag system text around, and it stays where I drop it. Dynamics refuse to move.
Also, all the positioning variables - vertical, horizontal - are grayed out. I can drag and drop system text, but I can't use the inspector to adjust position with numbers.

More than this, I also can't adjust rehearsal marks. As they seem to avoid other text now, I assume this is deliberate. But, they need to avoid notes as well. Or you get this.
and that thick black bar is supposed to be 32nd grace notes. Should I add this screenshot to the thread on that?
really, I need to change that to second voice anyway, as those grace notes need to start before the beat, not on.

You may have seen https://musescore.org/en/user/101731/blog/2016/05/01/musescore-3.0-unde… already, but the gist of it is that the first and most important goal for MuseScore 3 is to automatically position things so they don't collide and overlap. The way this currently works, if you want to manually position an element, you need to uncheck the "Automatic placement" box in the Inspector. Then you can control it normally.
The grace note beams seems to be a brand new issue that I don't remember seeing before. Could you file a bug report in the issue tracker?
