[Trunk] Score and part not in accordance after changing amount of bars and corrupt if notes are added

1. Create score with one bar.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Fill first bar with crotchets.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Open 'Part'.
6. Create part.
7. Close Part.
8. Have the full score in view.
9. 'Append One Measure'.
10. Enable 'Note Entry'.
12. Enter crotchet in bar 2.
13. Disable 'Note Entry'.
14. Open the part.

Result: There's a corruption (see attached image).

Discussion: Also happens if you apply the crotchet in bar 2 in part, then looking at the full score.

It's likely because the full score and part aren't in accordance - see bar amount difference in full score and part whenever deleting or adding them.
