See attached file (staff/tab). The distance between the top vertical frame and the first system is smaller than it was in 2.0.3.

Is this issue related?: Great staff distance is smaller than that set in 2.0.3 .

Well, positioning has been changed in 3.0 due to autoplacement engine. So, just adjust the distance in 3.0
