Multi-select is not working as expected

Hi,
Please enter some notes in a new score.
Then, select the first note (after selection note is blue)
Select the second note with Control pressed --> both notes are selected (and blue)
Repeat this for the 3th note (with the Control-key pressed) --> all 3 notes are selected and blue.
Now, UN-select the second note with Control-key pressed. I expected the second note will change to black (unselected), but this is not happening...

This issue goes back to April 18.

Multi-select and de-select works as expected with a254f68

Not with this one: b9daf6e

After checking, I am unable to say where might be located this issue.

BTW, I notice that with the second mentioned nightly, I don't receive sound when entering the notes, unlike the first one.
This reminds me of another issue (I forgot right now which one exactly), and, anyway, I do not know if it could be related in one way or another.
