Add "French Horn" instrument
As can be seen from https://twitter.com/musescore/status/775217259233116160, everybody expects MuseScore to have a "French Horn". No reason why not. Let's do it.

We already have a french horn. It's called "Horn in F".
Apparently people search for "French horn" instead of horn.

It seems that since French Horn is earlier alphabetically, it becomes preferred for MIDI import. If there's no way around that, then I guess there's no point in this.
