Ties don't reposition after time signature change
1. Open attached score.
2. Drag a 3/4 time signature onto the first bar.
Result: The ties don't follow the notes.

Not quite.
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on 3/4 time signature.
3. 'Delete'.
Result: Ties don't reposition.
