[Trunk] Excess space in navigator

1. Open score.
2. Expand navigator size (so the scroll bar will appear, if it hasn't).
3. Move to the end of the score in the navigator.

Result: There's excess space.

Discussion: It seems to increase if there's more pages in the score.

There's now excess space at the bottom of the navigator.

Also in the Page Settings Preview.
