[Trunk] Moving note, then undo doesn't update position

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter two crotchets next to each other.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Move the first crotchet somewhere.
6. Undo.

Result: The note head has moved elsewhere, detaching from the stem.

Workaround: Move the second crotchet somewhere and the first crotchet will appear correctly.
