Full bar rest in instrument added to score with anacrusis

Currently if you add another instrument part to a score which has an anacrusis (pickup bar), although the number of beats in the anacrusis is correct on Measure Properties, a full bar rest is displayed instead of the appropriate rests for the anacrusis.

Deleting this rest restores the situation, but it would be better for it to put in the appropriate rest values in the firs place.

Confirmed (should have just checked myself) - thought I'd simplify the title as well :).

Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (4876) - Mac 10.6.8.
