If you start a score with a keysig (say Eb) and drop a new keysig later (say E), then the new keysig won't be drawn with the preceeding naturals to show a change. It will simply exist, and other bars will still show the old keysig and clefs.
(Note, I can't attach a snapshot again! I keep getting "The selected file could not be copied, because no file by that name exists. Please check that you supplied the correct filename." I've tried with several different unique filenames... clp02.png, clip_02.png, clip244302.png)
EDIT: There, a few days later and I can attach again.

Confirmed.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4928) - Mac 10.6.8.
Add a keysig & drop some line breaks and watch the fun. Anytime the bars re-adjust you get clefs and/or keysigs.
It must be Halloween.
