Provide better control over which part (if any) of the layout information present in a MusicXML file is used on import.

Partially implemented in trunk revision 4939:
- created preference "MusicXML: import layout" (see "Import" tab)
- for the time being, this enables/disables only importing system and page breaks
More preferences still to be done, I'll probably implement a separate setting for layout and for breaks.
