Even after initializing them in Preferences, restarting MS and creating a new score, the plugin menu appears but they are all greyed out. (Win7, full recompile, factory reset)
Only when I set "continue last session" in preferences are the plugins available, regardless of whether a score is loaded or not. If I factory reset, init all plugins through prefs and reload MS, the plugins are listed but all greyed out. Even when I start a new score or load an existing score, the plugins are still grey.

Also, if MS crashes (simulated by closing the debug window) and you reload MS, the plugins are not available until you quit and relaunch MS again.
