footer/header: to have an option to print the name of the instrument on every page
Hi,
in style/general (Stil/Allgemein), Footer/header one can set e.g. "$n" to print the number of pages on each page of a partitur (and even the exports for various Instruments ("Auszüge")).
Could you please add that the name of the instrument is printable on each page of "Auszüge" as well?
e.g.
$:instrument_name:
so that on each page it prints: piano or saxophone etc.

And I really don't blame you for not having found it, I knew it was there (I wrote the code that implemented this) but still it took me quite a while ti find it again
