I would to use the box that contains title , song composer and arranger details and add choral format ,TTBB ect and a dedication. I can expand the box but cannot get text options. Is there a way to do this?

Right click the box, you'll see a menu with options to add various texts of text. Also see the Add menu at the top of the screen.
