option Synthesizer (F10) not appear

hi friends, I tried to change the volume of each instrument so I turn to the option "View" and then select "mixer" Synthesizer; Check the option as if it appeared but does not appear. I tried the shortcut F10 and I do not have results either.
I use version 2.0.3 for windows 8.1, I tried to uninstall and install again and I can not see it either.

Some genius who knows how to solve this problem ???

NOTE: If other options such as browser, playback panel, etc. appear.

buenas amigos, he intentado modificar el volumen de cada instrumento por ende me dirijo a la opción de "Ver" y luego seleccione "mezclador"; se marca el check sobre la opción como si hubiese aparecido pero no aparece. Intenté con el atajo F10 y tampoco tengo resultados.
Utilizo la versión 2.0.3 para windows 8.1, he intentado desinstalar e instalar de nuevo y tampoco puedo visualizarlo.

algún genio que sepa como solucionar este problema???

NOTA: si aparecen las otras opciones como navegador, panel de reproducción, etc.

Or try https://musescore.org/project/resetdialogpositions which is less drastic than reset to factory settings
