Where Is the "Set Loop in Position" button?

Do you have the Play Panel open (hotkey = F11)? if you do it is the very bottom left button with the [ on it.
If you are not using the Play Panel and you want to set the loop in and out positions, select a section of music (I use click the first note, shift click the last note), press the loop button then play and it will loop in the selected area.
