How can I change the position of the notes
So, as you can see in my score, the voice 2 notes are behind the Grace notes. I need the voice 2 notes to be behind the first non-grace note. How do I do that?

Use the Inspector to move the notes as chords.

F8 brings up the inspector. Make sure you move the chord which is the second set of controls from the top. The first one only moves the head.
