Move "Meta Data" to File menu

I suggest moving MuseScore's metadata dialog from "Edit > Meta Data..." to the more standard location, "File > Info..."

Almost every program has this under the File menu (none have it under the Edit menu). The name of the dialog varies, but "Info" seems friendlier than the jargon "Metadata".

For comparison, Inkscape has it under "File > Document Metadata", Microsoft Word 2003 and LibreOffice Writer have it under "File > Properties" (Microsoft Word 2010 has it under "File > Info" and "File > Info > Properties"), Finale used to have it under "File > File Info" (as of 2012 if has been integrated with the "Score Manager" under the Window menu), Sibelius has it under the "File > Info".
