Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5395) - Mac 10.6.8.
Must be a Windows thing?
Opens fine for me as well, Win7 32 bit, r5395.
Must be XP thing then.
Could it be the transparent PNG again? And so the same than #16223: [Sony Vaio] Dragging PNG with transparency onto vertical frame causes crash and #16708: Opening Page Settings with score featuring PNG causes crash (solved?)
