How do I make a voice 2 rest be a "whole measure of silence" rest
So, I'm still transcribing for future arranging. There's one staff that two parts share. Voice 2 is supposed to not play, so it has a whole rest notated, and I'm, unable to replicate it since the time signature is 3/4. How do I replicate it?

I exchange voices 1 and 2 before I enter any notes in the measure. If the notes are already there, I exchange them twice, but any slurs will disappear.

The bug with slurs disappearing has been fixed for version 2.1: #42121: Slurs lost on exchange voices (if no note in other voice at anchor point)

good to hear. it's annoying.
Click the existing rest on beat one then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete - this will turn any full measure of rest into an actual full measure rest.
