Remove score title from Synthesiser window

1. Open score.
2. Open 'Synthesiser'.

Result: The title of the score is listed at the top of the Synthesiser window.

Discussion: This does not happen in either Play Panel, or Mixer. Users will generally be aware of the score being edited.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5497) - Mac 10.7.3.
