The voice toolbar buttons don't update when a note from the drum tool palette is selected

Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Create a new score with drumset 5 lines
2. Press N and eight note button
3. Click on the bass drum in the drum palette

Actual result: The toolbar voice buttons don't update to voice 2 (the default voice for the bass drum)
Expected result: The toolbar voice button should update to voice 2

Operating System: tested under Ubuntu 12.04

This is my first patch submission so will be interested in any comments.
The svn diff was done at the top level trunk directory.
This patch allows the voice buttons to be updated whenever someone clicks on a note on the drum tools palette.
