beam with ledger lines

I use Muse score 1.2 in Windows XP
When I create a score, and especially the flute part, which have some note in the "high" tessiture , with "ledger lines" (I'm french , I'm not sure I use the right english musical words) , I have to move the beam of the note in order to make the sheet "readable" ....

Maybe it has been corrected in nightly builds

I think that if note are "over" the staff , beam should be in the staff.... right or not ?
