Superfluos line in the PDF handbook

I don't think this:
"Do you have an unanswered question? Post it in the forum."
should be on every section in the PDF handbook.

And I'm not really convinced whether something like:
"Diese Übersetzung ist veraltet, siehe die englische Version als Referenz: ..."
should be in the PDF handbook.

Both are usefull in the online manual though
