grace notes in percussion staves appear way too high up

  4. add a gracenote to it

Expected result: a grace note appears, on thze same line and pitch as the 'parent' note

Actual result: it creates the grace note high up in the sky with many many ledger lines

Windows 7, c66f162 (reproduced with that, but issue existed before that already)

This still is an issue as of nightly e9287fd (tested on Mac OS 10.11.6 El Cap). It seems that it's only the unpitched percussion staves that are affected by this (but it's likely every unpitched percussion staff that has this problem), as the marimba took new grace notes without any issue.
