Any change in audio devices causes musescore to Stop being able to playback. Its not that No audio plays but that Musescore Refuses to even play.

Can be fixed with a restart. Sometimes also caused when Skype is started and vice versa (Skype audio will also stop when musescore starts if in a call) though this is rare.
