It happens on MuseScore 4
- on menu, select view > piano keyboard
- on the sheet, select staff (treble/cleff)
- click button play, sheet will be playing
- Piano keyboard UI is not playing at all as supposed like the active staff

(Looks like MU 4 reads my Mac as Intel. Rosetta by default?)

This is the same for me. I use this all the time when reviewing choral arrangements. Would sure love to see it fixed.

Still waiting for the update to fix this piano issue. I use Musescore for teaching and it really comes in handy when my students can see the piano playing to the sheet music.
Hi, before creators make a workaround, I just searched to find if it really happened or not, so it is. But the point is you want to see notes on keyboards (and its nice and perhaps one wants to eliminate music reading mistakes). so I thought since musescore supports VSTs, If you dont have kontakt just download Kontakt player (free) and a free piano library (there is plenty to choose from - with very good quality) and you can see the notes playing on kontakt interface - there are many VSTis also doing the same, but I wanted to give a free example - Like if you want bigger keyboards in interface or something.
