Toggle between a note and its rest

It would be nice if there was a quick key toggle between a note and its rest.

Do not press N for note entry. If you click a rest a press a note name (D for example) you will get that note to replace the rest. If you click a note and press 0 it will turn into a rest (once again not note entry).

Just as an add-on: In the same way you can alter the duration of a note:
- Click on say an eighth note, type 5: You get a quarter note of the same pitch (removing whatever was following the eighth).
- Click on the same eighth and type 3: You get a sixteenth plus a sixteenth rest.

Again all of this works only if you are not in note entry mode. It is quite useful sometimes to fix errors.

"Delete" turns a note into a rest.

There is no single key to turn a rest into a note, because how could MuseScore know *which* note you want. So instead you simply enter the note - eg, type "C" to enter a C.
