I am using MuseScore Version 1.2 with Windwos 7.
I create a sheet music for Violin and Piano parts. After few days, when I open the sheet music, the Piano part note running all over the screen. When you play the music, it is correct, but it is unreadable. Please see attachment.

This doesn't look like a bug but a problem with your score. This appearance occurs when you have accidentally caused beaming to occur between two or more notes which are widely separated in the score. You can try to fix it as follows:

Select the portion of the sore that is affected (unfortunately, of course, it might be the whole score).
Go to the Beam Properties palette and double-click on the quaver symbol - this will un-Beam everything and give you a lot of separate notes.
Select portions of your score in turn and double-click on the large letter 'A' this time to automatically set (or, at least try to re-set) the beaming of the notes again.

If that works then please let everyone know and if it doesn't then please post your score for others to look at for you.

It is also caused when a corruption has happened.

But again we need to see the actual score to determine if this is the case.

It is better to begin by reporting these issues in the forum.

The focus of the Issue Tracker is version 2.0

There will be no more bugfix releases of 1.x while the full-time dev time focuses on getting 2.0 ready for release.

I found another interaction thing. If I create a part for Piano and part for Violin, then everything go back to normal. The problem is that I have merged the Violin part with piano part to get them back together. I believe this is a bug. This happened to me with other score, as long as the piano part is complicated, the corruption will occur.

The corruption is known about, but the development team haven't yet figured out how it occurs.

It is quite important, therefore, to provided them with MuseScore files to look at where this has occurred.

If it happens again, please save the file as it is and post it either here or in the Support & Bug Reports forum.
