Removing staff causes crash if multi-staff bar lines

1. Create new score with multiple staves
2. Double-click on bar line and extend it through all staves
3. Create > Instruments
4. Remove the bottom staff

MuseScore crashes

Tested using r.1841 self-built, Windows XP
