Channels
Hello to all reading this!
I just discovered channels and wanted to know how I could create multiple channels in editing the instruments list. I would also like to know if I can create a channel for a pitched percussion that is unpitched so I can switch between unpitched and pitched percussion. If so, can someone tell me how?

Easiest way to create a channel in the instrument lsit is to just copy from some other instrument. For example, I used the trumpet definition, with its separate channels for regular and muted, to created a similar entries for other instruments.
Not sure about switching between pitched and non-pitched percussion in the same instrument, though. I suspect it might not be possible.

Actually, I think I figured it out. I create a channel and in the mixer, I just click "drum set" and change the sound if I want. Thanks for the help though!
