Bar has missing rest after adding linked staff and entering note

1. Create guitar score.
2. 'Instruments'.
3. Click on stave.
4. 'Add Linked Staff'.
5. 'OK'.
6. Enable 'Note Entry'.
7. Enter note in either stave.

Result: The same bar in the stave without notes has no bar rest and notes cannot be inputted.
